No, we most certainly are not. HitMagik only pays you commissions (on purchases made on our site or our direct partnership sites, at this stage one site - HTML Encrypt It) by your direct referrals.

The 10 levels of referral earnings relate directly to the HitMagik credit system. Credits can only be traded for advertising on this site (www.HitMagik.com).

No we do not sell our scripts. HitMagik is based on an LJScripts traffic exchange script that has been heavily modified/customised to suit our personal needs.

Each time someone views your advert, 1 credit is deducted from your account for the view. Note members may see your ad more than once per day, however, a maximum of only ONE credit is deducted per day (members can only be credited once per day for viewing your ad).

Each time someone clicks on your ad, one credit is deducted from your account. Note the same applies here as above for the advert views, members can only gain credit for each click of an advert once per day.

The exact same system above is used for the Desktop Ad Viewer (1 credit for an advert view and one credit for a click).

The Desktop Surfer-Surfer uses 2 credits for each view of your site. As with all our other surf options, members can only gain credit for viewing your site once per day.

For your sites to be rotated, your account status must be "Active". To become active, you must click 50 ads on your personal start page. To remain active, you must use your personal start page at least once every 30 days.

All HitMagik upgraded members now have greater site priority (for the base site priority level)and can also increase their site priority view ratio up to 5 times!

Our system caters for daily unique views and clicks. However, your text ads and sites can be viewed by one member an unlimited amount of times per day, yet it only costs you 1 credit for the ad view and 1 credit for the click (if the surfer decides to click on your ad that is!).

Our system works a little different, credits are taken directly from your account to display your sites. You can only set the Probability of each of your sites showing (up to 5 times more likely to be shown). If you would like to save credits for other features on HitMagik, please set your site status(es) to On Hold and they will not be shown on our network.

We manually review all new sites and site changes for Quality Control, so please allow 24-48 hours during normal business days for new additions and changes to be approved. More time may be necessary during weekends and holidays.

To utilise HitMagik's Free services, you must be an active member. To become active, you are required to click 50 ads in your Start-Page, Desktop-Ad Viewer or surf 50 sites using the HitMagik Desktop Super-Surfer Browser. To remain active, you must access your HitMagik account every 30 days.

Yes, we sure do! We pay you commissions for every purchase your direct referral(s) make on this site. That means RESIDUAL income, not just a one-time, fly-by-the-night scheme. Please read our complete Terms of Service for further details.

You can earn credits by using your HitMagik Start-Page! It's really that easy! All you have to do is open your start page and you will earn 1 credit for doing so. If you also click on one of the presented ads, you will earn from 1 - 500 credits! There are higher rates for Pro, Platinum and Executive Members!

You also earn from 5 levels of referrals under you, 10 levels for all upgraded members (increased rates with each account!). Each time someone in your downline opens their browser to their HitMagik Start-Page you will earn a percentage of the credits given to the surfer. The same exists for when your referrals click an advert, you again receive a percentage of the credits earned by the surfer. See the account percentages here.

In order to cashout your earnings with HitMagik, you must be at least a Pro member. The minimum cashout amount for Pro members is $15, for Platinum members $10, and $5 for Executive members.

Free members can request cashout at $50. The $50 is used to upgrade your account to Lifetime Pro and the remainder is credited to your merchant account of choice (PayPal, StormPay or E-Gold) or via bank cheque / money order.

As stated in our TOS, any person who purchases on our site and subsequently "charges back" the transaction will be AUTOMATICALLY removed and banned from HitMagik forever. This process is automatically relayed by our merchant back to us at the time of reversal, so your account will be removed immediately!

If you referred this person, you will lose them as your downline member and also lose your $5.00 referral bonus. We are strongly against Internet Fraud, and will make NO EXCEPTIONS. Not only does this cost us our valuable time in attempting to resolve the matter, we are also charged a $35 fee ON TOP of losing the initial funds.

You can download a pre-configured self installer or zipped file in your members area. Login to your HitMagik account and the download options are below the navigation menu and to the right of your stats.

You sure can! All systems are separate (so you can use all at the one time), yet combined so you should not be shown ads/sites you've already clicked!

You can bet our reputation it is! Official certification of a spyware and/or virus free software is currently being obtained. Both programs are still in BETA phase and do not clutter your system with a messy installation. As this is typical of IE browser plug-ins, we have made the HitMagik Desktop Ad Viewer and Super-Surfer tidy compact programs that consume very little disk space and use minimal memory at runtime.

All this with the work of two files, the exe file and the ini settings file which contains your HitMagik ID number. You can download our self installer program that will install these two files (including your pre-configured settings ini file) into a folder of your choice, giving you the option for shortcuts, start menu links and quick launch icons. An uninstaller is also included so you can remove all files the installer places on your system.

Or you can download the zipped file with your pre-configured settings ini file and the program and place these into any folder on your system. Double click the program to run and you're away!!

Far from it actually. MemoryMagik was built by a surfer, for a surfer. If you do not believe us, simply monitor your firewall. You'll soon find that it does not sneakily connect to the Internet. The only time MemoryMagik connects to the Internet is when you're checking for program updates. When checking for updates, MemoryMagik contacts our server, loads a simple text file and downloads any updates if required.
